 Tal Prince and his wife, Teresa, were married in 1995, and they have two precious daughters, Bethany FuZhen and JoHannah MeiHuan and a shitzu puppy named Meizi.  Tal had a successful career in international business before giving that all up to go into full time ministry.  He and Teresa moved to Birmingham to attend Beeson Divinity School, where he now works as the Director of External Relations.

Tal is a creative and engaging communicator who loves to incorporate artistic elements such as music, video, drama and movie clips, in preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  He speaks across the United States, and is part of the Ruth Graham and Friends Conferences where he conducts workshops about the plague of pornography. Tal appears on radio programs to discuss this topic and how the Gospel still applies to us, and is our only hope to break free. He believes that the Gospel applies to everyone, and that if we are transparent together, we will be transformed into being more like Christ. 

He is fond of saying "Tapestry isn't for everybody, but it is a place for anybody."  He got hooked on pornography when he was 8 years old and struggled with it and sexual relationships until he was 32 years old.  Alarmed at the incredible rise in sexual addiction inside the church, Tal believes that the time has come to talk openly about our struggles and live out James 5:16.  "Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed.  The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with."  (The Message)
